Facing The Giants (Sherwood Pictures, VFIC SHE)

'Facing the Giants' is a movie about an American football team that manages to clinch the winning title after many years of failures.

Having faith in both God and oneself is highlighted throughout the show. It tells an inspirational story of the failures faced by the team and their coach, and how they overcome them by total dependence on God. In addition it also encourages teamwork and a strong fighting spirit that can be applied to all walks of life, not just in sports.

In short, the movie reminds Christians of the importance of accepting whatever situation God has planned out for us and is highly recommended for both sports people and families too.
