The Lazy Pastor

Once there was a new pastor in a church. Before his first message, he asked the congregation if they had any idea what he was going to preach about. They all said no. The pastor then replied "If you have no idea, then what is the point of me preaching to you?" With that, he returned home leaving everyone puzzled.

The next week, the new pastor was to preach again. He asked the congregation if they knew what he was to preach about. Some of the clever ones said yes. The pastor replied "If you all already know, then what is the point of me preaching to you?" He went home again.

For the third week, everyone was tired of the new pastor, he came again and asked the same question. Everyone had their answer ready. Some said yes and some said no. The pastor then replied "Then let those who know tell those who don't!" He went home, smiling to himself.
