Toothache

George was having trouble with a toothache, so he decided to visit the dentist.

"How much do you charge for extracting a tooth?" George asked.
"Eighty dollars," replied the dentist.

"Eighty dollars for only two minutes' work?" exclaimed George.
"Well," replied the dentist, "if you wish, I can extract it very slowly."
