30TH MARCH - LAUNCH OF Reads @ HPC !!

Just a reminder that we will be officially launching Reads @ HPC, together with HPC library, on Sunday, 30th March.

No, there won't be lion dance - just an announcement in the bulletin and a powerpoint presentation. Look out for it at church.

LATEST UPDATE
Due to some technical problems, we were unable to proceed with the powerpoint presentation on 30th March. The launch today became a 'soft launch', with just a simple announcement in the bulletin.

We now plan to have the powerpoint presentation on the following Sunday, 6th April. Once again, look out for it.

READS PRESENTATION

Finally, we did a powerpoint presentation yesterday (6th Apr) at church. Due to the faulty cable or projector connector outlet, the slides didn't show up as well. Despite that, the applause at the end of the presentation showed that people did not actually fall asleep.
Of course, our bright young librarian shown right at the end of the slide show brought a smile to one and all.
